Thursday, August 30- Bear Creek Park-21st street entrance on Argus, park at the Bear Creek Terrace Archery Range. Trails should be in bloom with fall flowers and landscape views.
6-High Chaparral Open Space-end of Silo Ridge (off of Old Farm Circle, follow Silo Ridge to the trailhead at the top of the hill. Parking at the top) Mesa and trails of typical chaparral ecosystem overlooking the eastern hills.

Thursday, September 20-Rampart Range Ski Trails, aka Rainbow Gulch Trail. Best way is to go to Woodland Park, turn right just before the McDonalds (North Baldwin) then follow it to Loy Creek Road, turn right at the Farrish sign, then follow it up to the top of the hill, and turn right at the intersection to Rampart Range and signs to the reservoir. Follow it pat Springdale Campground, through an open field area, and then parking will be on either side of the road where you see the big parking lot on the left. Aspen grove and views of the peak
