Join us for a 3-day plein air painting workshop, where the breathtaking Crystal Valley becomes your studio.

Each morning and afternoon session will include a demonstration followed by ample time to paint on your own. You will be provided with one-on-one coaching to help improve your painting and each day will finish with a group share and critique.

Skill Level: All skill levels are welcome; however, it is best to have some painting experience.

September 6th - 8th 2024, 9 am - 4 pm, $450.00                                                                                                                                                                            Maximum of 15 participants.

Inclusions: A light complimentary breakfast, catered lunch, drinks and snacks daily. A group dinner will be provided on Friday evening catered by a local restaurant. 

Materials: Bring your own materials, all painting media welcome

When posting any of your recent (2019-2020) plein air work to your Instagram include the hashtag #pleinairartistscolorado.

Instagram posts of plein air work made between Monday, March 30 - Sunday, April 12, 2020 that include this hashtag will be entered in a drawing for a $50 art supply gift certificate.

The more images you post with #pleinairartistscolorado, the better chance you have to win.  (You do not need to be a member of PAAC to be included in the drawing.)

Due to the Covid-19 virus and potential for exposure, Colorado is bringing on a new ordinance geared toward curtailing outdoor activities and we will be cancelling all PAAC weekly/regular paintouts until at least April 11.
