Please email Pablo if you wish to be added to 1st of the month announcement of upcoming paint-outs and be notified of late changes or cancellations for day of paint out via email.

Suggestions for paint-out locations are welcome and eagerly encouraged.  Ideal locations have adequate parking, restrooms & painting options near parking area.  Some of our unique dispersed locations may not be convenient for restrooms within short walking distances, but can be with a minimal drive.  Seasonal break between mid-September and mid-February. Will still include a monthly paint-out weather/temperature permitting announced on email.

Thursday June 25 - Steamboat Creates Historic Depot Art Center, 1001 13th Street, Steamboat Springs.   Views of River, Structures, Train Station, Rail-road materials, Emerald Mountain, Hot Springs. Meet:North side of Art Depot building

Thursday 7/2 - Fish Creek Falls, 34165 Fish Creek Falls Rd, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. Restrooms.  Parking limited, arrive early. Note: National Park Pass gets free parking, otherwise $5 at gate per carload.  Lower bridge view (1/4 mi trail hike) and easier walks to mid & upper view with covered seating area. Meet:Upper parking lot

Thursday 7/9 - Repeat visit to Fish Creek Falls, 34165 Fish Creek Falls Rd, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 Restrooms.  Parking limited, arrive early. Note: National Park Pass gets free parking, otherwise $5 at gate per carload.  Lower bridge view (1/4 mi trail hike) and easier walks to mid & upper view with covered seating area. *Thursday NIGHT NOCTURNE 7/9* - 8:30- PM Nocturne/Twilight Painting 8:30 PM until painter’s chooses.  Meet and park at river-right grassy area west of 5th Street bridge and Yampa Street.  Locations include Lincoln Street, Yampa Street, Rodeo Grounds on river -left side of river where stock animals, trailers, horses and participants begin preparing for the 7/11 rodeo, downtown Steamboat Springs, Street Lights, al-fresco restaurants with diners, tourists, rodeo grounds. Meet:  Grassy area described above

Thursday 7/16 - Rotary Park on the Yampa River, Parking limited, or access with bike/hike/walk on core trail, restroom facilities. Covered Gazebo, upstream from the parking lot.   Benches along the Yampa, picnic tables, boardwalk views. Meet: parking lot

Thursday 7/23 - Christina SWA, 6 miles north on CR 129, restrooms in town, (not sure of temporary port-o-lets at location.  Will update with any confirmations). https://maps.app.goo.gl/qxwP9oPmyZY5pzJx5  Meet: parking lot

Thursday 7/30 - Steamboat State Park Lake Marina. 61450 Co Rd 62, Clark, CO 80428   North of Steamboat Springs approximately 29 miles. https://maps.app.goo.gl/HcH2PEkSa3sztbkMA  Paint with local artists, Mona Bedell and Susan Gill Jackson. View of Hahn’s Peak,  Sand Mountain, Steamboat Lake, Working barn, sometimes stock animals, etc. restrooms  various and at Steamboat Lake State Park Visitor's office.  Requires Colorado State Park daily or 12-month annual Pass.  Best annual price is from DMV w/ vehicle registration for $29, otherwise, online, or at entrance if needed.  Meet:Marina parking lot

Thursday 8/6 - Yampa River Botanic Park, 1000 Pamela Ln, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487,  Free.  Lily Pond with Monet style bridge, water features, Yampa River shoreline, Restroom facilities with sinks. Meet:  parking lot and again in the gardens
