Douglas Land Conservancy Announces Plein Air Community Day  Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Sandstone Ranch Open Space. 

We will enjoy a day of fresh air, open spaces, stunning vistas, and art!  Enjoy painting in areas of Sandstone Ranch not generally open to the public, hike the unique terrain, enjoy a picnic, fly a kite, or take inspiring photos of the stunning landscape. We are creating a community day that fosters joy and connection to the expansive beauty of Douglas County. At day’s end on June 10th, 5 paintings will be selected as prize winners and 25 additional paintings will be selected for later display and sale. Awards Are: Best of Show - $500.00    First Runner Up - $350.00    Youth Awards - Three $50.00 prizes.
